Keizer goes 1 & 2 in Albany-Saratoga Opener!

MALTA, NY – ‘T-Mac’ Tim McCreadie is now two for two in his last two appearances at the Albany-Saratoga Speedway, winning last year’s ‘Big Show’ 9 in June and returning tonight to win the 44-lap “Bring It” Season Opener worth $7,500.

Despite starting on the outside pole, McCreadie had to hold off a stout field, including invader Matt Sheppard, who he actually lost the lead to mid-race.

Several cautions kept putting the No. 39 right to the back bumper of No. 9s. Using restarts to his advantage, McCreadie bypassed ‘Super Matt’ in the closing stages to go on to take his second Malta victory in as many appearances, beating the defending Super DIRTcar Series champion by a mere tenth of a second.
