DAVENPORT CLAIMS $20,000 IN FLORIDA
(February 15, 2025) “Superman” Jonathan Davenport wrapped up Speedweeks and the 54th edition of the ‘DIRTcar Nationals’ tonight in triumphant fashion at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida! Jonathan went third quickest in Group B during World of Outlaws Late Model Series qualifying before placing second in his heat race. After rolling off from the outside of the sixth row in the 50-lap grand finale, JD blasted towards the front by ripping the cushion and ultimately passed leader Drake Troutman for the point on lap 39. The Blairsville, Georgia superstar then led the remaining circuits to pocket the hefty $20,000 windfall ahead of runner-up Troutman, Nick Hoffman, Brandon Overton, and Devin Moran!!!
